Want to experience something truly different?
Last year's retreat here in the Lapland wilderness was a success and I am excited to announce I will be hosting two retreats here this year!
This traditional log villa was bought by my grandparents in the 80's. It has a gorgeous view of the river and Norway on the other side, as well as multiple beautiful fells.

Join us for a long weekend of relaxation, yoga and meditation, hikes on the fells and harmonizing with the surrounding stillness. Imagine waking up here, practicing yoga in front of a crackling fireplace, healthy meals and walking in the feels. All evenings will end with restorative yoga, dinner and sauna.
Arrival on Wednesday 12pm onwards, check out on Sunday 11am.

We will greet the majestic river and fell view every day
Sauna
This wouldn't be a complete Finnish experience without a sauna. We will heat it every night. Sauna space has 2 showers.
Hikes
There are many easy hikes to do around our villa. We will pack some snacks and head out to the nature for a hike + delicious fika in nature.

About yoga
Mikaela teaches ISHTA Yoga and the word ishta comes from a sanskrit term ishta devata which translates to "that which resonates with the individual spirit". The yoga practice is tailored to each person's needs, and is suitable for beginners and advanced alike, to anyone working with injuries or pregnant. The goal of yoga is a state of oneness and after an invigorating morning practice we will do a silent seated meditation. Afternoon yoga is yin and restorative yoga.

- Private room with queen bed $825 (or $625 per person for a couple)

All prices per person. Price includes accommodation, yoga twice a day, 4x pre yoga snack, 4x post yoga brunch, 3x dinner (one night's dinner is excluded as we will explore a local restaurant and this is an individual expense), use of shared spaces, bathrooms, wifi and unlimited coffee & tea. A non-refundable $200 deposit will reserve your spot and remainder is due Aug 1st.
